José Williams da Silva Mendonça known as Williams (born 5 August 1983), is a Brazilian footballer who plays in Portugal for Associação Naval 1º de Maio. He previously played in the Romanian first division for FC Braşov, as a winger.[1][2] Since 2011, he holds a Portuguese passport.[3]
